Translated letter:

I, Alix, duchess of Burgundy, make known to present and future that I have released the abbey of St. Saint-Seine from all the demands I made each year, for the 60 pounds of Dijon money to be paid me annually at Easter, which the abbot and monks owe in the church. Enacted in this 1218th year of grace, in the month of March.

Ego Alaydis, ducissa Burgundie, notum facio presentibus et futuris me quittasse abbatiam Sancti Sequani de omnibus questis quas ei par annum faciebam, pro sexaginta libris Divionensis monete michi annuatim in Pascha persolvendis, ita quod abbas et monachi in ecclesia debent. Actum est hoc anno Gratie M" Co VIII0 X°, mense martio.
