Ego Alaydis, ducissa Burgundie, notum facio universis presentes litteras inspecturis, quod ego donationem factam domui & conventui Cistercii de decima de Ponte Haymerici tam in grossis quam minutis, quam Henricus, comes Barri, fecit eisdem in puram et perpetuam elemosinam, quas idem de me in feodo tenebat, ratam habeo et habebo. In cujus rei, etc.,. Actum anno M° CC° XX° V°, mense aprili.

Historical context:

The duchess makes known that Henry, count of Bar-le-Duc has given to Citeaux the tithe of Haymeric Bridge, large as well as small, which he held from the ducal fief and she ratifies the donation.
