Translated letter:

King Rudolph, with the consent of queen Ermengarde, gives to Ermenburga, born of the very noble Schrinia, half of the church of St. Gorgon, in the town which is called Albi in the bishopric of Besançon, and other goods which Lambert, her father, had received from the king, which Lambert gave to Ermenburga when she married Umberto.  Walter, grammarian, reviewed this.

Rodulphus rex, consentiente Hermengarda regina, donat Hermenburgae, nobiliori schrinae ortae, medietatem Ecclesiae S. Gorgonii, in villa quae dicitur Albonna in episcopatu Vesontiensi, et alia bona quae Lambertus ejus pater a rege acceperat, quaeque Lambertus Hermenburgae dedit, quum Umberto nupsit. Gualterius grammaticus recognovit.

Historical context:

A summary of the charter in which the king, with the queen's consent, gives half a church to a noble woman, which her father had given her at her marriage.
