A letter from Isarnus of Cessenon

Translated letter:

From this hour forth, I, Isarn of Cessenon, son of the woman Adalice, shall not deceive/deprive you Cecilia, viscountess of Béziers, daughter of the woman Alemburg, of the castle of Cessenon nor of the fortifications where are there today.  Witnesses of this are Sicard of Muro, old man, Peter Sigar and his nephew (or grandson), William Sigar, and Peter Raymond and his son Herengar and Elisiar and many others.  Stephen Sicfred wrote this with the prescription  which says I shall not forbid you this nor would I be forbidden (?).

De ista hora in antea, ego Isarnus de Cencenone filius Adalicis foeminae non decebrei te Caeciliam Biterrensem vicecomitissam filiam Alamburgis foeminae de castello de Cencenone neque de forciis quae ibi hodie factae sunt, &c. Testes sunt de hoc Sicardus de Muro vetulo, Petrus Sigarius & nepos suus Guillelmus Sigarius, & Petrus Raimundi & filius suus Berengarius & Elisiarius & multi alii. Stephanus Sicfredi scripsit cum praescriptione, quae dicit n'ol te vedarei ni t'en vedarei.

Historical context:

This is one of several oaths taken in hommage to Cecilia, mainly in Latin but with Provençal phrases.
