Translated letter:

I Roland of Bisan in faith and without deception or any withholding discharge and surrender to you Bernard-Ato viscount and to your [sing.] wife Cecilia and your children and your posterity that whole fief which I have and hold from you [pl.] in Béziers and the episcopacy of Béziers, namely that tower of Béziers with everything standing that pertains to that tower of Béziers and with everything standing of Lupeto of Béziers and another fief which I hold from you in the town of Dividiano and in its boundaries, in which Bernard and Lupeto of Béziers are located and the children of Guirald Mancipio and Guitard Alboino and the children of Raymond of Maureliano and … of Fouzilhon (?Fonzillane) and the children of Raymond of Salpiano and Raymond Stephen of Curiis and Alfred of Beciano; all said named fiefs, I discharge and surrender to you over the complaints which you made against me, about which I could not satisfy you and  my  said named vassals did not wish to swear on this for me.  This charter was written on 14 kalends of May, in the year of the lord 1127, in the reign of king Louis.  Sign of Bernard of Miraval and Bernard of Tresmals and Peter Vassallo and Peter Raymond of Farinano.  Requested by Roland, Bernard Sicfred wrote it with Stephen Sicfred dictating.

Ego Rolandus de Bisano absolvo & guirpio per fidem sine inganno & sine ullo retinimento tibi Bernardo-Atonis vicecomiti & uxori tuae Caeciliae & infantibus vestris & posteritati vestrae totum ipsum fevum quem habeo & teneo de vobis in Biterri & in Biterrensi episcopatu, scilicet ipsam turrem de Biterri cum toto stare quod pertinet ad ipsam turrem de Biterri & cum toto stare Lupeti de Biterri & alius fevus quem de vobis teneo in villa de Dividiano & in ejus terminis, de quo collocatus est de Biterri Bernardus & Lupetus & infantes Guiraldi Mancipii & Guitardus Alboinus & infantes Raymundi de Maureliano & .... de Fonzillane & infantes Raymundi de Salpiano & Raymundi Stephani de Curiis & Alfredus de Beciano; totos praedictos fevos absolvo & guirpio vobis propter querelas quas de me faciebatis, de quibus non potui vobis satisfacere & mei praedicti fevales noluerunt me de hoc juvare.
