Translated letter:

Notice, a charter of surrender which I Ermengard viscountess and my son Bernard-Ato make to the Lord God and St. Mary his mother.  We thus surrender and relinquish Martin Sperandi and Pons Sperandi his brother and their wives and children and their whole genealogy and posterity.  Similarly we also relinquish and surrender Bernard-Ameli and his wife and their children and all their posterity, and we relinquish the children that will come from Ameli Aigolf and their posterity.  As is written above, so I said viscountess Ermengard and my son Ato surrender and relinquish said men and their wives and children and all their posterity to the Lord God and his holy mother, and those men without any retention and without any reservation, that we said surrenderers or any man or any woman or any power of whatever person cannot, we or they, breach and appeal this charter and this surrender by any artifice or any agreement further, but this charter should remain firm and stable for all time.  This charter was made on 7 kalends of April, Saturday, in a year during the reign of king Philip.  Sign of Ermengard viscountess and Bernard Ato my son who signed this charter and ordered it to be signed by witnesses.  Sign of William Pons of Carcassonne.  Sign of Fulk of Villaflorani.  Sign of Pons-Peter of Mea-filia.  Osmond wrote it on the day and year above.
