Translated letter:

Marguerite, by the grace of God queen of the Franks, to her beloved seneschal of Carcassone, greetings and love.  We ask you to absolve Deodato Raymond of Sobers from the fine that you sought from him and his supporters because of the broken peace, as far as pertains to our dearest lord king.  We have received urgent prayers from the illustrious king of the Aragonians for him.

Margarita, Dei gratia Francorum regina, dilecto suo seneschallo Carcassone salutem & dilectionem. Rogamus vos, quatinus Deodatum Raimundi de Sobers ab emenda, quam ratione pacis fracte ab ipso & a fautoribus suis petitis, absolvatis, quantum ad partem pertinentem carissimo domino nostro regi.  Ab illustri enim rege Aragonum preces instantes recepimus pro eodem.

Historical context:

At the request of the king of Aragon, Marguerite requests a release from a fine imposed by the seneschal.
