A letter to Fulcher of La Rochelle

Translated letter:

Eleanor, queen of England, duchess of Normandy and Aquitaine, countess of Anjou, declares Fulcher of la Rochelle and his heirs immune from all tolls, collections, charges, required quartering (osticiis), cavalries, and other customs and services, by grace of the church of Fontevrault.

Alienor, regina Angliae, ducissa Normanniae et Aquitaniae, comitissa Andegavensis, Fulcherium de Rupella et ejus heredes ab omni tallia, quista, exactione, ostisiis, cavalcatis et ceteris costumis et servitiis, ecclesiae FontisEbraldi gratia, immunes declarat.  Actum apud Rupellam, anno Xpisti M.C.XC.IX.

Historical context:

The original letter was confirmed by Louis VIII in 1224 and by Alphonse, count of Poitiers, in 1241, but it is no longer included in the Layettes and the editor could not  find it elsewhere, so he took this summary from the inventary of Dupuy.
