Chirograph, divided by letters of the alphabet in the side margin, in which it is stated -- in the year 1171 from the incarnation of the Lord – that Guillelma viscountess of Nîmes and Bernard Ato, her son, gave a cliff situated in the tithing of St. Saturnine of Caunisson, in a place which is called Coinet, to Durant of Coirano and his successors, to receive according to the usual conditions. “Witnesses of this are: William Benedict, who had 3 solidos from this, Peter of Ochau and three others. Peter the Small, commanded by both sides, wrote it.”

Chirographum, per litteras alphabeti in margine laterali divisum, quo constat, -- anno ab incarnatione Domini M.C.LXXI, mense aprili, -- Guillelmam Nemausensem vicecomitissam et Bernardum Atonem, filium ejus unam costam, in decimaria Sancti Saturnini de Calvicione sitam, in loco qui vocatur Coinet, Duranto de Coirano et ejus successoribus ad acaptum, solitis conditionibus, donasse. – “Hujus rei sunt testes: Guillelmus Benedictus, qui inde habuit III. solidos, Petrus de Ochau et tres alii. Petrus Petiti scripsit, mandatus ex utraque parte.”
