Translated letter:

The count and countess give the abbey at Bourbourg a land at Staple.

Be it known to the faithful that I Robert, count of Flanders, and my wife, Clementia, gave sixty six measures (jugera) of land in Staple, also land in the castellany of Bourbourg, which Folquin held in fief and in allod and freely gave up to me before my barons; also the land of orphans which Jordan Grossus held from me in fief he gave up to me, I gave to the holy church of Mary of Bourbourg, for the use of nuns serving God there, and I connected with the impression of my seal, with these witnesses:  Bertulf, provost of Bruges; Themard, castellan of Bourbourg; Froulf, castellan of Bergen; Thibaut, Arien.  In the 1110th year of the Lord.
