Elizabeth of the CumansReceiver
Counts/ispáns of ValkóTranslated letter:
Elizabeth by the grace of God senior/dowager queen of Hungary, duchess of all Slavonia, of Macsó and of Bosnia, to her faithful counts/ispáns of Valkó in place at the time and the major of the jobbágyok* of the castrum and of the army, and all the jobbágyok of the castrum [serving] in the county/ispánate greetings and grace. Since we saw that the lands called Szelepese and Eydevolu, in the county of Valkó, which lord king Ladislaus our dearest son gave and conferred with full right on John, Adrian and Isyp sons of Isyp in exchange for their land called Anyas near the monastery of Zeer contained in a royal charter fully bound, we have given and conferred them to be possessed beside the royal order, by John, Adrian and Isyp and their heirs, and successors of those heirs, we order your loyalty that you should preserve said lands to said John, Adrian, and Isyp without any trouble as we saw contained in the charter of said lord king; not daring in any way to do otherwise. Dated in Pozsegavár, on the octave of the Epiphany of the lord in the year of grace one thousand two hundred eighty third.
