Translated letter:

We Elizabeth by the grace of God queen of Hungary, commending to memory, signify to all whom it reaches by the content of the presents, that at the urging and request of our dearest mother lady Elizabeth, that we join people from the Island of the Glorious Blessed Virgin, Columbanus son of Donatus, Iwan son of Poula, Katam son of Chula, Peter son of Luduing and Peter son of Farcasius from old Buda (Óbuda), who indeed at the time of Béla [IV] of most happy memory our grandfather [in-law] lived in the county of Pest in the land caled Newes, belonging to the duchy, wishing that when the presents are transcribed for us, we will have our charter on this given.  Dated at Buda on the eve of the apostle Matthew, in the 1280th year of the Lord.

Nos E[lisabeth] Dei gratia regina Hungarie memorie commendantes significamus, quibus expedit, universis presentium per thenorem (!), quod ad instantiam et petitionem karissime matris nostre domine Elisabeth de Insula Beate Virginis Gloriose Columbanum filium Donati, Iwan filium Poula, Katam filium Chule, Petrum filium Luduing et Petrum filium Farcasii de Ueteri Buda, qui quydem tempore regis Bele felicissimi (!) recordationis proavi nostri in terra Nemus vocata residebant in comitatu Pestiensi, ad ducatum pertinentes, aplicavimus ad ecclesiam Beate Virginis de Insula, illa eadem libertate, qua ad ducatum pertinebant, in filios filiorum servituros, volentes, ut, cum presentes ad nos reportate fuerint, nostrum privilegium super hoc dari faciemus.  Datum Bude, in vigilia Mathie apostoli, anno Domini Mo CCo octuagesimo.
