Translated letter:

Fenenna by the grace of God queen of Hungary to all the faithful of Christ, present and future,  who will see the present writing, eternal greetings (salvation) in the lord.  We wish to bring to the notice of all by the contents of these, that the noble lady widow of master Mojs coming into our presence, showed us letters patent of lord Ladislaus king of Hungary of happy memory on the granting of certain lands called Bogomery and Chepteluk, asking with urgency that we deign to confirm by our charter that grant or gift.  We Ladislaus [187].  We therefore, extending  favorable consent to the requests of that lady widow of master Mojs, had said letters of lord king Ladislaus inserted word for word in the presents to be fortified by the patronage of the present, leaving said lands to that lady widow of master Mojs and through her to the nuns of the order of St. Francis serving God constantly at the church of St. John the evangelist in the town of Buda, to be possessed perpetually and irrevocably for the remedy of our soul.  In memory and perpetual stability of which thing we have granted the present letters strengthened by the protection of our double seal.  Dated by that hand of the venerable father lord Benedict by the grace of God bishop of Veszprém, our faithful chancellor of our court, in the 1290th year of the lord.

Historical context:

The queen confirms the charter of king Ladislaus granting lands to the widow of Mojs, a palatine, and through her to nuns of St. Francis.  The charter quoted Ladislaus’s, but that is not included in this edition.
