Translated letter:

Elizabeth by the grace of God queen of Hungary to all the faithful of Christ who will look at the present letters greetings in the bestower of salvation to all.  We wish to bring to the notice of all present and future by the content of these that when the rule of the province of Szepes fell into our hands with the grace and favor of the lord king Ladislaus our dearest son  and we at the request of that lord king had all the lands of that province of Szepes measured and walked through by means of Dominic master of our tavarnics [chamberlains], so that we might arrange to restore the lands that had been unduly alienated with full right according to a proper mode, it was made clear to us through that master Dominic that he found that land to four ploughings on the east next to the land of the town Kurtueles (Kürtvéles) was [in the hands of]  Zalauk, Wyth and Rachlou sons of the jobbagyok [official] of Szepes, which land because it had been possessed by those Zalauk, Wyth and Rachlou from long ago always peacefully and without opposition of anyone as their hereditary possession with their predecessors, we gave and donated it with all its uses and appurtenances to those Zalauk, Wyth and Rachlou and their heirs and successors of their heirs; rather we left what had long been possessed to them to be possessed perpetually and peacefully, from which land in the custom of other sons of jobbagyok of Szepes they are held to serve the lord king, and us and our successors.  Of which land the shared boundaries are on the east of the people of the town of Kurtueles (Kürtvéles) and southward; on the west boundary is shared with the land of Kunch of Myloy and also in the west shared with the land of John and Thobye and the land of Zema; on the north it is shared with the land of little Arnold.  In memory and perpetual stability of which thing we have granted the present letters to said Zalauk, Wyth and Rachlou, strengthened by the protection of our double seal.  Dated by the hand of master Geregory, provost of Sow, our faithful chancellor of our court in the 1280th year of the Lord.
