Translated letter:

We I[sabella] by the grace of God queen of Hungary indicate to all to whom it reaches,  commending it to memory by the content of the presents that we, noting the loyalties and merits of the services of master Gregory our porter (ianitor), which he gave continually in the house of our highness serving faithfully and devotedly, [we] gave, donated, and granted to him a certain land of our Arkybanian people called Köved in the county/ispánate of Komárom, with all its uses and appurtenances, to be possessed by perpetual right.  Dated in  Thornua (Torna) on the Sunday before the  feast of the Ascenion of the Lord, 1276th.

Nos I. [= Izabella] Dei gratia regina Ungarie memorie commendantes significamus universis, quibus expedit, presentium per tenorem, quod nos attendentes fidelitates et servitiorum merita magistri Gregorii ianitoris nostri, que et quas in domo nostre celsitudinis iugiter famulando fideliter exhibuit et devote, quandam terram populorum nostrorum Arkybanensium Kued vocatam in comitatu Camaruniensi existentem cum omnibus utilitatibus suis et pertinentiis dedimus, donavimus et contulimus eidem iure perpetuo possidendas. Datum in Thornua, dominica proxima ante festum Ascensionis Domini, Mo CCo LXXo VIo .

Historical context:

The queen grants land to her porter for his long and faithful service.  Árkibánya or Bánya  is Nyitra county, today Banka.   Zsoldos, The Árpáds 154, notes “the specifically military institution of castle ispánates” of Bánya.
