A grant of land

Translated letter:

We E[lizabeth] by the grace of God queen of Hungary, commending to memory, make clear to all to whom it comes, that we having considered the loyalties and merits of the services of Gregory, son of Sene have decided to confer a certain land of our Árkibányans called Köved sufficient for the use of three ploughings in the county/ispánate of Komárom from the grace of our majesty to be possessed and held with all its uses unto sons of sons.  We wish that when the presents are brought back to us [fair copy], we shall have our charter given on this grant.  Dated at Alba (Fehérvár) on the Monday before the feast of St. Elizabeth, in the 1277th year of the Lord.

[= Elisabeth] Dei gratia regina Hungarie memorie commendantes significamus, quibus expedit, universis, quod nos consideratis fidelitatibus et servitiorum meritis Gregorii filii Sene quandam terram Arukibanensium nostrorum Keued vocatam usui trium aratrorum sufficientem in comitatu Camaruniensi existentem de gratia nostre maiestatis eidem duximus conferendam cum omnibus utilitatibus suis possidandam [!] et habendam in filios filiorum. Volumus, quod cum presentes ad nos reportare fuerint, privilegium nostrum super ipsa collatione dari faciemus. Datum Albe, [feria] secunda ante festum Sancte Elisabeth, anno Domini Mo CCo LXXo septimo.
